- Your item has a manufacturing issue
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Share a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID
Note: We currently do not offer refunds. Replacements or store credits will be provided based on your case.
