You can request a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • Your item has a manufacturing issue
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Share a clear photo or video showing the issue
  • Email us at with your Order ID
Note: We currently do not offer refunds. Replacements or store credits will be provided based on your case.
